i agree with everything Mrs. krause said and even though she may be someone who is similar to teachers in the school who are examples of what modern orothodoxy should be, i don't think she actually is modern orthodox because she lives in a different environment than us and still won't send her children to a school like maayanot. I understand why she has some problems with the school because not everyone dresses or acts the way we should be and she's right to mention that to us because it's true. When she talked about the slippery and clear road, yes, both are slippery and clear at the same time, but what i think she meant is that when it comes to bringing secular stuff into the world, we have more risk of taking more secular stuff into judaism and not jewish stuff, while the Chareidi world doesn't do that so there are less risks in that sense. but what's the same about M.O. and the chareidi world is even if we think that their priorities are different than ours, the priorities are the same and tzniut and shabbos should be worth the same even though it may not seem like they are equal.
